Fisherman's Cottage
It's Fisherman's Cottage, on the Barbican in Plymouth. It's small, just for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, which means it's clean and has what you need, but it's not a luxury hotel.
The location is the main thing. You're right in the middle of the old port area. You can walk to the marina, the Hoe, and all the pubs and restaurants in a few minutes. There's on-site parking, which is a real bonus down there.
The cottage is over three floors. You come in through a private courtyard garden, which is nice for a coffee. The kitchen and a small shower room are on the ground floor. The living room is upstairs, and the bedroom is on the top floor.
The stairs are steep and a bit narrow. They're original. You just need to be careful on them.
You're right next to everything. The Mayflower Steps, the Aquarium, boat trips to Royal William Yard. You don't really need to drive once you're here. For a longer walk, you can follow the coast path from the Hoe.
It has WiFi, a TV, a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring two dogs. The garden is enclosed.
