73 Brewhouse is in Plymouth, at Royal William Yard. It's a duplex apartment in a converted old brewery building. You get a view of the yard.
It sleeps six but in a flexible way. There are two proper bedrooms, one with a super king bed and en suite downstairs, and a twin room upstairs. There's also a pull-out bed on the mezzanine level for extra guests. Two bathrooms total. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's high spec and well finished throughout.
The place has a lift, which is good if you have mobility issues or a lot of luggage. The kitchen is modern and has a dishwasher and washing machine. There's fast wifi and Smart TVs with Netflix in the lounge and bedrooms.
You get one allocated parking space. Having a car is useful for trips out, but you won't need it in Royal William Yard itself. Everything there is on your doorstep.
Royal William Yard is the main feature. It's a historic waterfront development full of restaurants, bars and a few shops. You can get fresh bread from the bakery. You can catch a ferry from here straight to the Barbican, which is the old part of Plymouth with cobbled streets and more pubs. It's very handy.
For days out, you're right on the edge of the city. The National Trust has a few properties nearby like Saltram. The coast path is accessible if you want a walk. Dartmoor is about a 30 minute drive for proper moorland. The Visit Plymouth site has current event listings.
Facilities include the parking, lift, cot, and all the kitchen stuff. No pets allowed.
