Lady Astor Apartment
The Lady Astor Apartment is on Elliot Terrace, on Plymouth Hoe. It's a first floor flat in a big, old, listed building. You get good views from the front windows. You can see across the Hoe and the Sound towards Drakes Island. The building used to be a single house, so the ceilings are high and there's some nice old plasterwork.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's a 5 Star rating, which means everything is in good order and well presented.
You're right on the Hoe, so you step outside and you're there. The famous lighthouse is just along the promenade. The Tinside Lido outdoor pool is a short walk down the steps. The Barbican, with the old cobbled streets and the marina, is about a ten minute walk.
The sea is very close, but it's the Hoe sea wall, not a beach for sandcastles. There's a local shop, a pub, and restaurants within about fifty yards.
The flat comes with one parking permit for the on-street bays. If you need a second car space, you can arrange it with me for an extra ten pounds.
Inside, there's a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair. No pets, I'm afraid.
