Estuary View is a shepherd's hut on a place called Parkland, near Sorley. There are two other little properties here.
It's built for two people. You get the hut itself, which has a kingsize bed and a small sofa. Your kitchen is in a separate little hut next door, with a table. Your bathroom is tucked away in its own tiny shed behind that. It's cosy.
You get your own little patio area with a BBQ. The view is the main thing. It looks out over the fields towards Kingsbridge. It's very quiet.
The location is good. Kingsbridge is under two miles away for shops and the estuary. Salcombe is about eight miles for the boats and the harbour. The nearest proper beaches are Bantham and South Milton Sands, about four miles.
Totnes is about twelve miles for the market and the river. Dartmouth is around fourteen. If you want to walk, the South West Coast Path is nearby.
The hut has a 3 Star rating. That means it's clean and has what you need. WiFi and parking are included. Bedding and towels are too. No pets I'm afraid.
The other two properties here, Auntie Betts and Garden View, can be booked with this one if you're a bigger group. All three together sleep six.
