Buddleia
This is Buddleia. It's a big detached house in West Charleton, right between Kingsbridge and Slapton Sands. It's got a 5 Star rating.
The house sleeps twelve. Six bedrooms, four bathrooms. It was done up not long ago, so it's modern and in good order.
The main thing is the space. The kitchen and dining room is big, with a breakfast bar. The living room has a wood burner and doors out to the deck. Outside, there's a large decked area with a table that seats twelve, steps down to a lawn, and it's all enclosed. The garden gets the sun. There's also a play area with a slide and swings for kids.
You've got your own private, gated driveway with parking. There's an electric vehicle charger. Other things: WiFi, TVs, a washing machine, dishwasher, BBQ. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. Sorry, no pets.
The village is on the A379. There's a pub you can walk to. A shop is about half a mile away.
You're well placed here. Slapton Sands beach is a short drive. Kingsbridge is a couple of miles for shops and boat trips. For a proper day out, Salcombe, Dartmouth, and places like Bantham or Thurlestone are all within about half an hour. The South West Coast Path is nearby for walking.
