Buddleia
Buddleia is in West Charleton, about two miles from Kingsbridge. It’s one house, detached, with its own driveway behind a gate. The garden is big, fenced in, and level. Good for kids or if you don’t want to worry about steps. It faces south so it gets the sun.
It sleeps twelve. Six bedrooms, four bathrooms. It’s got a 5 Star rating, so it’s well finished and everything works. It’s been renovated recently.
Downstairs there’s a big kitchen and dining room with a breakfast bar. The living room is separate, with a wood burner and a TV, and doors out to the deck. There’s a decked area at the back with a big table, then steps down to the lawn. The kids' swing and slide are in the garden.
West Charleton is on the main road between Kingsbridge and Dartmouth. There’s a pub you can walk to. The shop is half a mile away in Chillington.
You’re about five minutes in the car from Slapton Sands. Salcombe is twenty minutes. Dartmouth is about half an hour. For walks, the South West Coast Path is nearby. Thurlestone golf course is fifteen minutes away.
It's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair. There’s an electric car charger on the driveway. No pets, sorry.
