The Lookout
The Lookout is a flat in the middle of Salcombe. It's above the shops, looking straight out at the pontoon and the harbour. You get the view from the living room.
It's been done up recently so everything's fresh. It sleeps six, with three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating so it's comfortable.
Because of the location, you can't park right at the door. There's a long stay car park about five minutes walk away. We give you a permit for that.
It can be busy outside in summer. You'll see boats coming and going from the window. If you want quiet seclusion, this isn't it. If you want to be right in the middle of things, it's perfect.
Facilities are what you'd expect: dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi. All the bedding is included.
You're a minute's walk from the ferry that goes across to East Portlemouth beach. The South West Coast Path is right there too. Kingsbridge is a short drive up the estuary.
