Poundstone Court 8
It's Poundstone Court 8 in Salcombe. It's an apartment, not a house. Part of that development just up from the town.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's been done up recently, so it's fresh and clean.
The main thing is the view. You can see right over the estuary to East Portlemouth. You get that from most of the rooms. It's light because of it.
You're about a five or ten minute walk down into Salcombe itself. For the shops, the quay, all the restaurants. You've got your own parking space, which is a big plus in Salcombe.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a bit of a patio area outside.
For local information, the South Devon National Landscape site is good for walks. The National Trust Overbeck's is just outside town if you like gardens.
