Malborough Park
Malborough Park is in the village of Malborough. It's about a five minute drive from Salcombe, or you can walk the footpaths to North and South Sands beaches if you'd rather.
It's a two bedroom house that sleeps four. One bedroom has a kingsize bed, the other has a single bed with a pull-out underneath it. The bathroom has a shower over the bath.
The garden is sunny and enclosed. There's a deck with a bistro table and a raised lawn. The back gate is useful for getting to the car.
You get one allocated parking space. It's about fifty yards from the house, along a shared path. You can pull up outside briefly to unload.
Inside, it's straightforward. The living room has French doors to the garden. The kitchen has what you need. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable.
In the village, there's a supermarket, a post office, a petrol station, and two pubs. There's also a recreation area with tennis courts and a small park. All of that is walkable.
For beaches, Hope Cove and South Milton Sands are a short drive. The South West Coast Path is right there for walking. Salcombe is close for sailing or the ferry.
In terms of facilities, it has a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
