Malborough Park
Malborough Park is a house in the village of Malborough, near Salcombe. It’s a semi-detached place. Sleeps four, in two bedrooms. There’s one bathroom. It’s got a 4 Star rating, so it’s comfortable and well kitted out.
The house is on a road, so you get an allocated parking space about 50 yards away, which is useful. There’s a porch for shoes and wetsuits. The garden is out the back, sunny and private. It’s got a lawn and a deck with a table and chairs.
Inside, the sitting room has French doors to the garden. The kitchen has everything you’d need. It’s all fine, nothing fancy. The stairs are a normal staircase. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a kingsize bed and a TV. The second room has a single bed with a pull-out bed underneath, so it can be a twin if needed.
Malborough village has a supermarket, a post office, and two pubs, all within walking distance. There’s also a recreation ground with tennis courts and a small play park.
For the coast, Salcombe is about a five minute drive. You can walk from here to North and South Sands beaches via footpaths, but it’s a proper walk, uphill on the way back. Hope Cove and South Milton Sands are a short drive away too.

Facilities included are all in the list. You can bring one well-behaved dog. There’s a cot and highchair if you need them.
