Marine Mews 3
Marine Mews 3 is in Salcombe. It's a small mews cottage, one of a few in a small block. It's on a quiet street near the yacht club.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom downstairs. It's a 3 Star, which means it's comfortable and well kept, not a show home. The stairs are quite narrow and bendy. Something to know.
The best thing is the view from the front windows. You look straight out over the water to Mill Bay and Smalls Cove. You can see the boats going up and down. It's a nice thing to have with your coffee.
You can walk into town in about five minutes. All the shops and the main quay are there. The yacht club is right next to you if you're into that scene. For a swim, North Sands or South Sands are close. They're sandy when the tide is out.
The South West Coast Path runs through here. You can walk east to Prawle Point or west to Bolt Head. The National Trust looks after a lot of the coastline around here. National Trust Bolt Head.
Kingsbridge is about seven miles up the estuary. Dartmouth is a bit further, maybe forty minutes by car. If you want a bigger beach, Bigbury-on-Sea is about half an hour away. You can drive across to Burgh Island at low tide.
Inside, it's got what you'd need. Washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi. Bedding and towels are included. There's no garden, but there's a small shared area out the front. No pets, sorry.
