Dene Corner
Dene Corner is a semi-detached cottage in Chillington, Devon. It's one of a pair. You get your own garden, which is nice and sunny. It looks out over fields.
The cottage has three bedrooms and sleeps six. There's one bathroom. It's a 3 Star place, so it's comfortable and clean without being luxurious. The stairs are cottage stairs, so they're a bit steep.
The local village shop and pub are a couple of minutes walk away. The pub does serve food if you don't want to cook. For a good day at the coast, Slapton Sands is about a mile and a half away. Slapton Ley is right there too if you like birdwatching.
Kingsbridge is about four miles away. There's a leisure centre there, and you can get a steamer boat down the estuary to Salcombe. Salcombe is where all the sailing is, about eight miles away.
There's good walking on the South Devon Coastal Path nearby. Thurlestone golf course is about nine miles, and Dartmouth is ten miles. If you want to go further, places like Plymouth, Dartmoor and Torquay are all reachable in under an hour.
Facilities here include a washing machine, on-site parking, and bedding is provided. We can provide a travel cot if you need one. Sorry, no pets.
