This is Aloft, in Salcombe. It's a first floor apartment. The last bit of the description is right, it's about a minute's level walk to Victoria Quay and the town centre.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, so it's well kitted out and finished.
You get a balcony that looks out over Island Street. There's outside seating there. It's good for a coffee in the morning.
Facilities are all there. Wi-Fi, TV, dishwasher, parking on site. Bedding and towels are included.
The location is the main thing. You can leave the car and walk everywhere. The boat parks are right there if you've brought a tender. For proper sailing, you're already in the right place.
If you want to get out, the South West Coast Path goes right through. For a longer drive, Dartmoor is about 45 minutes. Plymouth and the National Trust places along the coast are within half an hour or so.
