This is End House on Batson. It's our place in Salcombe.
It sleeps six, across three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, one on each floor, which helps when you've got a few people. It's a proper family house, so it's quite roomy and the ceilings are normal height, not low.
The best thing is the view from the front. You look straight out over Batson Creek towards Snapes Point and South Pool. You can sit and watch the boats.
It's quiet here, but you can walk into town in about ten minutes. That's to the shops and the main quay.
There's a garden round the side which gets the sun. It's got a patio and a barbecue. You can park three, maybe four cars on the driveway.
Inside, it's got what you need. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dishwasher. All the bedding and towels are included. We keep it to a 4 Star standard, so it's clean and well looked after.
From here, you're on the water straight away. You can walk down to the creek. For the coastal path, you can pick it up in a few directions. The nearest proper beach for swimming is probably North Sands, about a twenty minute walk.
If you want to explore, the National Trust looks after a lot of the coastline here. Dartmouth is about a 40 minute drive. Kingsbridge is 20 minutes.
Sorry, no pets.
