Muffins is in Salcombe, on Devon Road. It's the top two floors of a semi-detached Victorian house. It's up the hill a bit, so you get a really good view from here. You can see the town, the estuary, and out towards Snapes Point.
It sleeps eight, across four bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well kept and comfortable. The kitchen has a dishwasher, and there's a patio area you can use. Bedding and towels are included, and there's parking for one car.
Being on Devon Road means you can easily walk down into town for the shops, places to eat, or the waterfront. For a beach day, North Sands or South Sands are the closest. The South West Coast Path is right there if you want to go for a walk. You can walk out to Snapes Point from here.
If you want to explore, Kingsbridge is about seven miles away up the estuary. Dartmouth is roughly a 40 minute drive. The National Trust have a few places nearby, like Overbecks and the coastline around Salcombe. Their site is useful for planning: National Trust Devon.
A few practical things: the house is on two levels, so there are stairs to get up to it and then more stairs inside. It's a Victorian house, so they're typical steep, cottage stairs. The parking is for one car. No pets, sorry.
