Tappers Quay is a block of flats right on the waterfront in Salcombe. You're looking at Apartment 2. It's on the ground floor.
It says it sleeps six, but honestly, that's with using the sofa bed in the living room. There are two proper bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after. Everything works.
The main thing is the location. You step out the door and you're right on the water's edge, opposite the Fish Quay. It's a flat, five-minute walk into the middle of town. You don't need the car once you're here.
There's no direct sea view from this flat, but you get a glimpse of the river from the side. The parking is undercover, which is rare for Salcombe. The space is allocated, but it's tight. It fits a medium-sized car. Anything bigger might be a problem.
You've got everything you need: a washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, TV. All the bedding and towels are provided. No pets allowed.
From here, you're right on the South West Coast Path. For local attractions, the National Trust's Overbeck's is a short drive away, and you can get the passenger ferry across to East Portlemouth for the beach. Kingsbridge is about twenty minutes by car if you need bigger shops.
