Garston
Garston is a house on Coronation Road in Salcombe. It's right in the middle of the road, so it's terraced. It's a family house. It sleeps six. There are four bedrooms, which is handy for spreading out, and two bathrooms.
It's a 3 Star place. That means it's comfortable and has everything you need, but it's not swanky. It's light and airy inside. We keep it clean.
The best thing is the location. You can walk down to the town centre, the shops, and the quays in a few minutes. You don't need to drive. There's off-road parking on site, which is a real plus in Salcombe.
It's got a patio and garden area for sitting out. Inside, there's a washing machine, a dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and a shower. Bedding and towels are included.
For days out, you've got the South West Coast Path right on the doorstep. The National Trust's Overbeck's is nearby. Kingsbridge is a short drive if you need a bigger supermarket.
That's about it. It's a straightforward house in a really good spot.
