Courtenay Street 5
Courtenay Street 5 is in Salcombe. It's a Victorian end-of-terrace cottage, about a minute's walk from the quay and the town centre.
It sleeps seven people and has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's got a 3 Star rating. We've had it refurbished so it's clean and in good order. Two of the bedrooms get views over the estuary.
Out the back is a patio garden with decking and some mature shrubs. It gets the sun in the afternoon.
You can bring one dog. Parking is on-street nearby, not at the house, but you can stop outside to unload. It has WiFi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and bedding and towels are included.
Being so close to the centre means you can walk everywhere. For beaches you'll need to drive or get the ferry. East Portlemouth, across the estuary, has some nice sand. The South West Coast Path is right there if you want a walk. Kingsbridge is about seven miles up the road if you need a bigger supermarket.
