Courtenay Street 24
Courtenay Street 24 is my house in Salcombe. It's Victorian, big, and on a quiet road. You're about a hundred yards from the waterfront, so you can walk to everything in a couple of minutes.
It sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean, and I've kept it nice. The kitchen has beech worktops. There's a sunny garden terrace with views over the rooftops to East Portlemouth and the estuary.
You can bring one dog. The facilities are what you'd expect: TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included.
The South West Coast Path is right there. Salcombe is all about the water. You can get ferries across to East Portlemouth beach or down the estuary. Kingsbridge is a short drive if you need a bigger supermarket. For a longer trip, Dartmoor is about an hour away by car.
