St Elmo Lodge
St Elmo Lodge is an apartment on the first floor. It's in Salcombe, up on the road to North Sands. There's parking right outside, which is a big help in Salcombe.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms, and they each have their own bathroom. We've got a 4 Star rating. It means it's clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, but it's not a luxury hotel.
The main thing is the view from the front. You look straight out over the gardens and the cliffs around North Sands beach. It's a National Trust view. You can sit out there in the morning.
North Sands beach is about a five minute walk downhill. It's a good sandy beach. Salcombe town centre is about a ten minute walk the other way, down the hill. You don't really need the car once you're here.
The apartment has what you'd need: a dishwasher, washing machine, wi-fi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking for one car.
Being here, you're well placed for the coast path. Bolt Head is a great walk from here. If you want to explore further, the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is all around. Kingsbridge estuary is there for sailing or boat trips.
