St Elmo Lodge
St Elmo Lodge is a first floor apartment in Salcombe, up above the garages for the main house. It's easy to get to from the parking spot.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after. Everything is on one level once you're inside.
The main thing is the view. You look straight out over the garden and the National Trust land around North Sands beach. It's really good. There's a little bit of outdoor seating at the front to sit and take it in.
North Sands beach is a short walk downhill, maybe five minutes. The town centre is about a ten minute stroll. You don't really need the car once you're here.
It's got what you'd expect: a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right there.
Salcombe is good for boats and watersports, and there are plenty of places to eat. If you want to explore, the South West Coast Path is right there. The National Trust looks after a lot of the coastline around here. For a change of scene, Dartmoor is about a 40 minute drive inland.
