Courtenay Cottage
This is Courtenay Cottage, in Salcombe. It's a terraced house right in the town. You're on foot for pretty much everything here: shops, restaurants, the lot. The estuary is basically at the end of the road.
It sleeps six people over three bedrooms. There's one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well looked after and comfortable.
The best thing is the view. The living room looks straight out over the water. You can sit and watch the boats. It's about fifty metres from the Whitestrand car park, which is useful.
For facilities, it's got what you'd expect: a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and the TV. Bedding and towels are included.
You're right on the coast path for walking. If you want to get out for the day, the Overbeck's Garden is a short drive away. Kingsbridge is about seven miles up the estuary if you want a change of scene. Dartmouth and the start of Dartmoor are both within a thirty minute drive.
The place isn't suitable for pets, sorry.
