Church St 1 Upper Apartment is right in Salcombe. It's on the first floor. You're a minute's walk from the main part of the harbour and all the shops.
It sleeps eight in four bedrooms. There's one bathroom with a shower. You can bring one dog. It's a 3 Star place, so it's clean and functional. The decor is straightforward.
The view is good. You look out over the rooftops to the harbour, Snapes Point, and over towards East Portlemouth.
Everything you need is on the doorstep. You can walk down to the boats, or to get coffee, or to the bakery in the morning. You don't really need the car.
For a swim, North Sands and South Sands are both close. You can walk to them. The South West Coast Path is right there if you want a proper walk. The ferry over to East Portlemouth leaves from the town jetty.
Inside, it's got what you need: a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi. All the bedding and towels are included.
If you're looking for day trips, the Overbeck's museum and gardens is near. Dartmouth and Kingsbridge are both within a 30 minute drive.
