Sun Peaks is in Salcombe. It's a detached house up on the hill, so you get the views. It's quiet where it is, but you can walk down into the town. That takes about fifteen minutes.
It sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. They've done it up recently, so it's in good order. It's a reverse-level layout, so the main living area is upstairs to make the most of the view.
The living room has a balcony. You can see right out over the fields towards Dartmoor on a clear day. The garden is enclosed and quite big, good for kids or dogs to run around. There's an outside shower with hot and cold water, which is handy for washing off sand or wetsuits.
The nearest beach is North Sands. It's dog-friendly. You can walk there in about twenty minutes via the footpath. There's a convenience shop about a ten minute walk away. The bus stop is just down the road.
Salcombe itself has everything you'd need: shops, pubs, places to eat. You can get boat trips from there. For walking, you're right on the South West Coast Path. The National Trust's Overbeck's Museum and Garden is nearby.
In terms of facilities, it's got a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and parking on the drive. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot, highchair, and stairgate. You can bring up to two dogs.
