This is number 17 on Church Street in Salcombe. It's a Victorian terrace, so it's on four floors. That's just how they built them here.
It sleeps six people. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms. One bathroom on each of the top three floors, which is handy. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean, not a show home.
The stairs are typical for this sort of house. They're fine, but mind your head on the way up to the top floor.
The location is the main thing. You're just below the town church. It's a two minute walk to the main street for shops and about five minutes down to the quay. From the top floors you can see over Fish Quay, Snapes Point, and the hills.
There's a small garden out the back. It gets the sun. It's got a patio area and a barbecue.
Inside, it's got what you'd need. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included.
Being in Salcombe, you're right there for the sailing and the estuary. For walks, the South West Coast Path is on your doorstep. Kingsbridge is about six miles away if you need bigger shops.
