Devon Court 2
This is Devon Court 2, Flat 2. It's on Devon Road in Salcombe. The main thing is the view. From the living room and both bedrooms, you look out over Courtney Park and the harbour. You can see the estuary from the balcony too. It's a first-floor flat, so you go up some steps from the street to get in.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one kingsize and one with small twin beds. There’s one bathroom with a bath and a shower over it. The washing machine is in a utility lobby next to it. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-equipped.
The living area is open plan. Kitchen with a dishwasher and fridge-freezer, a dining space, and then the sitting area with a door out to the balcony. The balcony is decked and has a table and chairs.
Location is very central. You park right there on the forecourt. It’s about a three minute walk down to Fore Street, where the shops and places to eat are.
You can bring one dog. Bedding and towels are included. There's WiFi and a smart TV.
For things to do, the coast path is right there for walking. The National Trust's Overbeck's Garden is nearby. If you want to head out, Dartmouth and the beaches at South Sands and North Sands are within about twenty minutes’ drive. For a bigger trip, Plymouth or the edge of Dartmoor are roughly half an hour away.
