This is Upper Forge, in Malborough. It's an end-of-terrace cottage, up on the first floor. You get in through the front door and go straight up a flight of stairs.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well set up. Everything's clean and works.
Malborough is a proper village. There's a shop and post office, and two pubs that do food. It's quiet. You're about two miles from Salcombe, so you're close to the boats and the shops but not in the middle of it. The beaches at South Sands and North Sands are a short drive away.
The parking isn't right at the door. You park in the village hall car park or on the street, then walk a minute or two to the cottage. It's fine, you just need to be aware.
There's a good foot and cycle path from the village into Salcombe, with nice views. The South West Coast Path is on your doorstep for walks. For a longer trip, Dartmoor is about 45 minutes by car.
Inside, it's got what you need: WiFi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's a highchair if required. No pets allowed.
