Waterside Park Annexe is in Kingsbridge. It's an annexe to the main house, but it's self-contained and private. You've got your own entrance round the side.
It sleeps three. One proper double bedroom, and the sofa bed in the living area for a third person if needed. One bathroom with a walk-in shower. It's a 3 Star place, so it's comfortable and clean, not luxurious.
The layout is all on one level, which is handy. You come into a small hall. The kitchen has what you need for basic meals. There's a living area with a table, chairs, a Smart TV, and the sofa bed. The bedroom is a good size with a DVD player.
Outside, there's a private courtyard garden at the back with a table and chairs. At the front, there's a small bench. It's a sunny spot in the morning, good for a coffee.
You're just on the edge of Kingsbridge town. It's about a ten-minute walk in along the promenade. The town has everything: pubs, restaurants, cafes, some interesting shops. You can get what you need there.
Being here means you're set for the South Hams. Salcombe is close, but it gets packed in summer. From Kingsbridge you can catch the ferry down the estuary to Salcombe if you want to visit. It's a nicer way to go.
Dartmouth and Totnes are both about a twenty-minute drive. The coast path is on your doorstep for walking. There are too many good beaches to list, but places like South Milton Sands are about twenty minutes by car.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, WiFi, parking for one car on the drive, and all bedding and towels are included. No pets, sorry.
