The Coach House is in South Allington. It's a converted barn, so it's got a big, open feel downstairs. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, and it sleeps seven. It's got a 3 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and clean, not luxurious.
You've got your own patio and garden area. It's wheelchair accessible at the entrance. Parking is right there on site.
Inside, there's a washing machine, a dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. We can take two dogs.
It's a rural spot, so you're looking out at fields. You can walk to the coast from here, it's not far. There's horse riding locally if that's your thing.
For days out, Totnes is about a twenty minute drive. Dartmouth and the beaches around Slapton are within half an hour. Dartmoor is easily reachable for a walk. If you're planning, the National Trust Devon site is useful, and South Devon National Landscape has good walking ideas.
One thing to note: this place can be booked together with the two cottages next door, Coachman’s Lodge and The Laurels. If you've got a big group, you could take all three and fit up to twenty-five. They're separate, but side by side.
