2 Lyndhurst is a ground floor apartment in Salcombe. It’s part of a converted house. You’ve got your own front door and a private terrace out the front.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. One double, one twin. There’s one bathroom, which has a walk-in shower. Everything is on one level, so no stairs inside.
The main thing is the view. The terrace looks straight out over the estuary and the fields beyond. It gets the afternoon sun. There are also communal gardens you can use.
It’s got a 5 Star rating. That means it’s well-equipped and it’s kept to a high standard. Everything is clean and in good order.
The apartment has a washing machine, a dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and parking for one car just outside. All bedding and towels are included.
You’re a short walk down into Salcombe town. It’s steep coming back up, to be honest. There’s a pub nearby too.
If you want to explore, the South West Coast Path runs right through Salcombe. Over the estuary, you’ve got East Portlemouth and its beaches. You can get the passenger ferry across.
