Right, so West Park is a first floor flat in Outer Hope. It's on a small estate just up from the village. You get your own parking space right outside.
The flat sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. One double room and one twin. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's clean and it works. The decor is simple, but the place is bright. You get a good sea view from the living room and one bedroom. The other side looks out over fields.
It's about a ten minute walk down to the beach at Hope Cove. It's a steepish walk back up. The beach is good. It's a mix of sand and rock pools. The South West Coastal Path runs right past it. You can walk to Salcombe from here if you're up for it.
In the village there's a little shop for basics and a couple of pubs. The Hope & Anchor does food. For a bigger shop, you'd drive to Kingsbridge.
Salcombe is about four miles by road. That's where the harbour and the sailing is. Dartmouth is a nice day out, maybe half an hour's drive. Overbeck's is a National Trust property near Salcombe with good gardens.
