Oakridge
This is Oakridge, our house in Salcombe. It's a terraced place on Coronation Road. It takes about five minutes to walk down the hill into the town and to the quay.
It sleeps seven, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well-equipped. The stairs are normal house stairs, nothing too steep, but there are three floors.
You get the garden to yourselves. It's got a patio with a BBQ and there's a nice view from there out over the creeks. Parking is in the garage, which is a relief in Salcombe.
Inside, it's got what you'd expect: a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. All the bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog.
For things to do, you're right there. The coast path is easy to get to. There's the National Trust lookouts for walking. Dartmouth is about a 40-minute drive if you want a change. Kingsbridge is closer, maybe 15 minutes, and they've got a good leisure centre with a pool.
