Charborough House Apt 3
Charborough House Apt 3 is a second floor apartment on Fore Street in Salcombe. It's the one on the corner, right by the ferry landing.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both en-suite, which is handy. It's got a 5 Star rating, which basically means it's all been done to a high standard and is in very good order. The building used to be shops downstairs, so the stairs up to it are a normal staircase.
The main thing about it is the view. You can see from the front windows, and especially from the balcony, right down over the town roofs to Snapes Point and the estuary. The balcony's got a sofa and a table out there.
It's a two minute walk to the quay and all the shops. The ferry to East Portlemouth and South Sands is right outside. The Visit South Devon page for Salcombe has the basics.
Facilities wise, it's got everything you'd expect for a self-catering place: dishwasher, washing machine, Wifi, and parking is included. No pets.
