Charborough House Apt 3
This is Charborough House, Apartment 3. It's in Salcombe, about a ten minute walk from the town centre and the quay. You're up on the second floor.
It sleeps four people. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. That's quite handy. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's really well finished and everything is in good order.
The main thing about it is the view. It looks right out over the town, across to Snapes Point and the estuary. You get a proper balcony with a sofa and a table out there. It's a good spot to sit.
Inside, it's just been done up. Everything you'd need is there: washer, dishwasher, wifi, towels. It's all included.
You can walk down into Salcombe easily. It's a steep walk back, but that's Salcombe for you. For a bigger shop, Kingsbridge is about seven miles inland. The National Trust's Overbeck's garden and museum is just along the coast at Sharpitor. The South West Coast Path runs right past there if you want a walk.
No pets, sorry. There's parking for one car.
