Garden Cottage
Garden Cottage is in Kingsbridge town centre. It's a terrace house. You can walk to the shops and the quay in a couple of minutes.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's a modern, clean sort of place. The stairs are normal.
One bedroom has a kingsize bed. The other has two singles that can be pushed together to make another kingsize if you prefer.
Downstairs is all one room. There's a sofa, chairs, a dining table, and the kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher. There's a small patio out front with a table and chairs.
You're right on the edge of the Salcombe estuary. The town has a few supermarkets, some pubs that do food, and independent shops. For a proper beach day, you'd drive. Hope Cove, Thurlestone and Bantham are all about fifteen minutes away by car.
Salcombe is about twenty minutes down the road, Dartmouth is half an hour. If you want to go walking, the South West Coast Path is nearby. Dartmoor is about forty-five minutes to an hour's drive.
Facilities: there's WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, and bedding and towels are included. You can bring one well-behaved dog.
