Garden Cottage
This is Garden Cottage in Kingsbridge. It's a two bedroom place that sleeps four. It's in a terrace right in the middle of town.
The front door opens straight into the main living area. It's all one room with the kitchen at the back. There's a sofa bed in there as well, so the sleeping is a bit flexible if you need it. Upstairs are the two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath and a shower over it. One bedroom has a kingsize bed, the other has two singles that can be zipped together into another kingsize if you prefer.
Out the front is a small patio with a table and chairs. It gets the sun in the afternoon. You're right in Kingsbridge, so you can walk to the shops, the pubs, and down to the estuary in a few minutes.
The local beaches like Hope Cove and Bantham are about ten or fifteen minutes' drive away. Salcombe is about twenty minutes down the road. Dartmouth is maybe half an hour.
It's got a 4 Star rating. There's a dishwasher, WiFi, and the bed linen and towels are included. It's pet friendly, for up to two dogs.
