Otter Cottage is in Burlestone, South Devon. It's part of a small group of cottages around a courtyard. It sleeps eight, in four bedrooms. There are three bathrooms.
The rooms are spacious. The kitchen and dining area is open-plan with beams. The sitting room is a good size. Most bedrooms look out over the courtyard. The rating is 3 Star, so it's clean and comfortable but not luxurious.
Outside, there's a shared garden of about an acre and a half. It's big. There are duck ponds and some chickens wandering about. You have your own patio area with a BBQ.
For facilities, it's got WiFi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if needed, and a stairgate. Parking is on site. You can bring up to two dogs.
It's a rural spot. Slapton Sands beach is about three miles away for a walk or a paddle. Slapton Ley nature reserve is right next to it. Kingsbridge is about five miles, with shops and a leisure centre. Dartmouth is roughly twelve miles.
