Oystercatcher
Oystercatcher is a flat above town in Dartmouth. The view is the main thing. You look straight out over the river, up to the castle, and out to sea. It's really good.
It's a five star place, which means it's well done and comfortable. Two bedrooms, sleeps four. One bathroom. Everything feels new.
You get two spots to sit outside. There's a balcony off the living room. Then there's a little split-level garden with a sun deck, a bit more private. Both have that same view. You can eat outside there.
It's a short walk down the hill to the waterfront. Five minutes, maybe. All the shops, cafes, and restaurants are there. You don't need the car. There's a local pub close by too.
The flat has what you'd expect. Washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. It's all there.
Dartmouth itself is good for pottering about. You can get the ferry over to Kingswear, or get the river boat up to Totnes. For a longer day out, the South West Coast Path is right there. Start Point or Slapton Sands are within half an hour's drive. Dartmoor is about forty minutes.
