The Old Granary
The Old Granary is in Stoke Fleming, just off the main street. It's a semi-detached converted barn in a quiet little close. You get your own parking for two cars, which is handy.
It sleeps five. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's a good standard, well equipped. There's a wood burner for cooler nights. The kitchen is a decent size. WiFi works fine.
Outside, there's a patio with a table, chairs, and a barbecue. There's also a bit of a garden area with a couple of sun loungers.
The village has a pub and a shop, both a short walk away. Blackpool Sands beach is about three minutes down the road by car. It's a good beach, shingle, with a cafe and lifeguards in season.
Dartmouth is ten minutes drive. You can get the castle ferry across to Kingswear from there, or just wander the shops. The South West Coast Path runs right through the village if you like walking.
Facilities: it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, bedding and towels are included. It's fine for wheelchairs to get in, but the bathroom is upstairs. You can bring up to two dogs. There's a stairgate fitted.
