Dual View - 1 Linden Court
This is 1 Linden Court, it's a ground floor flat in Brixham. It's a modern block. It sleeps two, one bedroom, one bathroom. It has a 4 Star rating.
The main thing is the view. You get two big views of the harbour, one from the lounge side window and one from the balcony. It's on the end of the block so it gets more light. We've left some binoculars there.
Inside it's all open plan. Living room, kitchen and dining area together. It's furnished to a decent standard, nothing too fussy. Everything you should need is there. The balcony is a good size, you can sit out there.
There's an allocated parking space right outside your door, which is handy.
You're about five minutes walk downhill to the harbour. It's steep coming back up. The town has shops, pubs, cafes. Plenty of places to get fish. Breakwater Beach and Fishcombe Cove are about a fifteen minute walk.
For heating, there's a communal system that runs at set times from October to May. You can control your own radiators. There are also independent electric heaters in the flat if you need a boost.
