It's called 55 Moorings Reach. It's in Brixham, on the south side of the harbour. It's a duplex apartment, so it's over three floors. That means there are a fair few stairs inside, just so you know.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's modern and well-kept. The main thing is the view from the front rooms. You look straight out over the marina at the boats. It's a proper working harbour view.
You get a designated parking space inside a security gate. From there, it's a five minute walk along the harbour wall to get into the centre of Brixham. All the shops, fish and chips, and cafes are right there. The Berry Head National Nature Reserve is about a twenty minute walk the other way. Good for a stroll.
Facilities: there's wifi, and the parking is a real plus in Brixham. It's right on the coast path for walking. No pets, I'm afraid.
