So 55 Moorings Reach, it's ours. It's a duplex apartment in Brixham, part of that Moorings Reach development by the marina. It's got a 4 Star rating. The main thing is the view. You're on the third floor, so you look straight out at all the boats in the marina. It's good.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. Because it's a duplex, you've got stairs inside. They're normal stairs, not cottage steep.
Getting to the town is easy. You just walk along the harbour. It's a few minutes. All the shops and pubs and fish and chip places are down there. You don't need the car.
The place has its own parking spot inside the security gate. There's wifi. No pets allowed, I'm afraid.
For things to do, the harbour's right there. The National Trust's Overbeck's is just along the coast. Dartmouth is about half an hour's drive. If you fancy a big beach day, you can drive to places like Blackpool Sands or Slapton.
