Harbour Heights
Harbour Heights is in Brixham. It's a normal, quiet street a bit up the hill from the harbour. You’re out of the main hubbub, but it's a steady ten or fifteen minute walk down into town.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bathroom is downstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after. The kitchen was done up recently and has everything you need. The door from there leads out to the back garden. It's mostly gravelled with a bit of lawn and a summerhouse. It's enclosed and gets the sun.
There's a wood burner in the living room. It works well. We leave you a bit of wood to get you started.
You can walk down to Brixham harbour. Everything is there, the fish market, the pubs, the boats. For the beach, you've got Fishcombe Cove or it's a slightly longer walk to Breakwater. If you want to drive, Kingswear and Dartmouth are about twenty minutes away. Paignton and Torquay are within half an hour.
The facilities are all listed, but to confirm: yes, there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking for one car on the drive. Bedding and towels are included. We have a highchair and a stairgate if you need them. No pets, sorry.
