Harbour Heights
Harbour Heights is in Brixham. It's in a quiet bit, just outside the centre. Means you're away from the noise, but you can still walk into town. It's about a mile to the beach.
The cottage sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, which is handy. One bathroom is downstairs with a bath. The stairs are mentioned as 'open, steep, spiral or narrow' on the listing. So there's that.
The kitchen's new and has everything you need. Door leads out to the back garden. It's got a summerhouse, a bit of lawn and gravel. It's sunny and low maintenance.
There's a wood burner in the living room. Good for colder evenings. Parking is on site, and there's an electric vehicle charger. Has all the usual: washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, bedding included. Christmas stays are available.
You can walk to the harbour, pubs, and restaurants locally. Fishing is nearby. For a bigger day out, Kingswear and Dartmouth are a short drive. Paignton and Torquay are along the coast as well.
