Broadacre House is in Brixham. It's on the edge of the town centre, so you can walk in.
It sleeps eight, but that's with a sofa bed in a small room downstairs. The three proper bedrooms are upstairs. Two doubles and one that can be either a super king or two singles. One bathroom downstairs.
The cottage has been done up. It's clean and everything works. It's got a 4 Star rating.
There's a back garden with a patio and a bit of lawn. It's enclosed, which is good for dogs. You can bring one dog.
Inside, there's a kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer. The living room has sliding doors out to the garden. There's a separate snug room downstairs with the sofa bed and a TV.
It’s set up for families. We provide a cot, highchair, and stairgate.
Brixham harbour is a ten-minute walk. The South West Coast Path goes right through town. You're close to Berry Head for a good walk.
Paignton is about ten minutes by car. Torquay is about twenty minutes. Dartmouth is half an hour's drive. For a bigger day out, Dartmoor is roughly forty minutes away.
