This property is called Harbour View. It's in Brixham on a hillside above the harbour. You can see part of the harbour from the front bedroom.

You can walk down into Brixham harbour in a few minutes. The path back up is steep, which is worth knowing. There's private parking on site, which is useful because parking in Brixham can be difficult.
The back garden is enclosed and gets a lot of sun. It's a quiet spot. Inside there's a woodburning stove, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. WiFi is included. We provide a cot and a highchair.
From the harbour you can walk along the coastal path. The seawater pool at Shoalstone is that way. There are several beaches and coves nearby.
For days out, you can drive to Berry Head, which is a National Trust site. The whole of the South West Coast Path is accessible from here. Dartmouth and Paignton are within half an hour. Torquay and Dartmoor are a bit further.
