2 Fishermans Loft
2 Fishermans Loft is in Brixham harbour, on the second floor. The windows look right out over the water and the fishing boats. You can see the Golden Hind replica from the lounge.
It sleeps four. There are two bedrooms. One is a double with a shower room attached. The other has bunk beds. There's a second bathroom as well.
It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well looked after. Because it's in an old harbour building, you get to it through a shared hall. There are two flights of stairs up to the front door. They're normal stairs, but there's no lift.
You're right in the middle of everything. The fish market is a few steps away. So are the pubs and restaurants. A lot of them serve the fish that comes in that morning.
The facilities are what you'd expect: WiFi, a dishwasher, a washing machine, TV. Bedding and towels are included. No pets, I'm afraid.
For a walk, the Breakwater is right there. The South West Coast Path goes through the town as well. You can get a ferry over to Torquay from the harbour. Totnes, Dartmouth, and the beaches at Goodrington are all less than half an hour's drive away.
