Apartment 16

This is Apartment 16. It's on the top floor of Astor House in Torquay.

It sleeps three, with one bedroom and one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well looked after. Everything works.

The building is Victorian, so you get those high ceilings and big windows. It looks out over the harbour. You can see the sea from the front.

It's central. The main beach is a five minute walk downhill. The town centre, with all the shops and restaurants, is about the same. There's a local shop 150 yards away and a pub around the corner.

You get access to the swimming pool and spa at the Imperial Hotel. It's a short walk. That's included.

Parking is on site, which is useful here. There's a washing machine, and bedding and towels are provided.

Paignton Zoo is very close, about a mile. For a day out, Dartmoor is within half an hour. Totnes and the gardens at Dartington Hall are too. If you fancy the coast path, you can pick it up nearby.
