Apartment 12
Apartment 12 is on the second floor of a block called Bedford Holiday Apartments in Paignton. It's an apartment, so you share the building entrance and stairs. It's a three storey building and this one is on the top floor.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. One has a king size bed, the other has two singles. There's one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's clean and equipped, but not luxurious.
The main living area is all one open plan room with a kitchen at one end. The big bay window looks out over the gardens and you can see the sea. You can see the pier from there.
Location is the main thing here. You're right on the seafront. You walk out the door and you're on the main stretch. The beach, the pier, the arcades, the crazy golf, restaurants, and a big cinema are all literally a few minutes walk.
If you want to explore, the Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway is nearby. Torquay Marina is about a 10 minute drive. Brixham, which is a proper fishing harbour, is about 15 minutes by car.
Facilities: Wifi, TV, parking on site. Bedding and towels are included. There's no lift, just the stairs.
