The Seashell
The Seashell is a second floor studio flat in Brixham. It's on a road close to the harbour, which is a steep walk down, and back up again.
It's for two people. One room, with a kitchen corner and a sofa bed. There's one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so everything's been done to a good standard and it's clean and warm.
It's a sunny room with a view out over the rooftops and a glimpse of the sea. We've put in decent Wi-Fi and there's a TV. You'll find a washing machine in the cupboard. There's a cot under the bed if you need it.
Parking is on-site, which is handy in Brixham. There's a pub a few doors down. The main harbour, with all the restaurants and fish and chip shops, is about five minutes' walk downhill. Breakwater Beach is a bit further on.
It's a good spot for walking. You can join the South West Coast Path easily. For a day out, Totnes and Dartmoor are about half an hour's drive. You can get the ferry from Brixham to Torquay and Paignton in the summer.
