The Seashell is a studio flat on the second floor. It looks over the roofs towards the harbour, a couple of minutes' walk away. It's small, but it's set up for two people.
The bed's a big double, and it's in the same room as the living space. It's a proper bed though, not a sofa bed. There's a bathroom with a regular shower over the bath.
The block has parking, which is useful. It costs a bit extra, but you don't have to worry about finding a space.
It's literally two minutes to the harbour. You can see the masts from the window. All the pubs, fish and chip shops, and restaurants are right there. Breakwater Beach is maybe a five minute walk for a swim or to sit on the shingle.
For the coast path, you can pick it up in either direction from the harbour. Berry Head is a good walk south, about half an hour if you're steady. Paignton is fifteen minutes by car if you want a bigger beach or the zoo. Torquay is about twenty minutes.
Inside it's got Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a TV. The kitchen has an oven and a microwave. It's clean and tidy.
