Dunlin 1 - The Cove
This is Dunlin 1. It's called The Cove. It's a flat in a new building right by the water in Brixham. You look out over the bay. It's up high, so the view is good.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well finished and comfortable. Everything's new.
You've got a private balcony. It's a decent size. You can sit out there. The main room is open plan, kitchen and living area together. It's all set up to make the most of the view.
It's a very short walk down to Fishcombe Cove. The South West Coast Path is right there if you want to go for a walk. Brixham harbour is about a fifteen minute walk. The fish and chips there are good. The fish was probably caught that morning.
If you're driving, you can get to Paignton or Torquay in under half an hour. Paignton Zoo is that way. For a bigger day out, Dartmoor is about forty minutes drive.
Facilities: there's a dishwasher, WiFi, and parking on site. There's a cot if you need one. The building has a shared swimming pool. No pets.
