This is Suzie's Pad, a townhouse in Chelston, Torquay. It's a proper residential street, about a ten minute walk from the harbour and seafront.
It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's recently done up, clean, and everything should work. It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bathroom has a shower, the other has a bath. It's fine for families or a few friends.
You've got a small enclosed courtyard garden out the back with a table. Sits in the sun in the afternoon. The parking is off the lane behind the house. It's a single allocated space, which is useful round here.
The stairs are a standard flight inside.
It's got all the things you'd expect. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. I supply all the bedding and towels.
Pets are welcome, up to two of them.
Location wise, you can walk to the seafront in ten minutes. Torquay train station is about a fifteen minute walk, which is handy. The rest of the English Riviera is easy to get to from here. Paignton is next door, Brixham is a short drive. Dartmouth and Exeter are both about half an hour away if you fancy a day out.
The South West Coast Path is on your doorstep for walking. And for wider Devon planning, the National Trust Devon site is good.
