Suzie's Pad is in Torquay. It's a terraced house, about a ten minute walk from the seafront. You get your own off-street parking space round the back.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms upstairs, two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath. The stairs are standard, nothing unusual. Downstairs there's a living room with a table, and a separate kitchen with a door out to a little decked garden. There's a table and chairs out there.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and well-equipped. There's Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
The walk to the beach is pleasant, mostly downhill. Coming back is a bit of an uphill pull. The train station is about three quarters of a mile away if that's useful.
From here you can easily get to the rest of the English Riviera. Paignton and Brixham are a short drive. Dartmouth is about forty minutes. If you want a day out, Exeter is half an hour up the road, and the edge of Dartmoor is about the same.
