Dolphin Heights
Dolphin Heights is in Wellswood, Torquay. It's an apartment on the ground floor of a building. You have your own garden at the front, it's enclosed.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower. There's a separate second toilet too. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's well looked after.
The layout is a bit different. You come in through the hallway and all the bedrooms lead off it straight away. The living area is at the far end. It's open plan. The sofa looks out over the view.
There's a small Co-op, a pub called the Kents, a bakery, and a few other shops about five minutes walk away. People round here call it Wellswood Village. Meadfoot Beach is about an 18 minute walk downhill.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and parking for one car. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
Torquay seafront and the harbour are a short drive. For walking, the South West Coast Path is easily accessible. National Trust English Riviera has information on local beaches and parks. The English Riviera site is useful for general planning.
