Dolphin Heights
Dolphin Heights is an apartment on the edge of Wellswood in Torquay. It's a flat, so it's all on one level after the steps up to the front door.
It sleeps six. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower. There's also a separate second toilet, which is handy with that many people. You can bring one dog.
The main living area is open plan. The sofa looks out through sliding doors to a private, enclosed garden and a view over the rooftops to the sea. The garden gets the sun in the afternoon. The kitchen has a dishwasher and there's a washing machine in a cupboard in the hall.
You're about a 15 minute walk down to Meadfoot Beach. There's a cove there and a cafe. The main shopping in Wellswood is a few minutes’ walk away. There's a Co-op, a bakery, a decent pub called The Kents, and an Italian restaurant.
Torquay town centre and the harbour are about a ten minute drive. Babbacombe Model Village is very close, and you can walk to Babbacombe Downs from here. The English Riviera site has details on all the local beaches and attractions. For a bigger day out, Dartmoor is about half an hour's drive, and Totnes is roughly 25 minutes.
Included in the price is the electricity, WiFi, bedding and towels. There's on-site parking for one car. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them.
