Beach Walk

This is Beach Walk. It's in Paignton, across the road from the harbour and Fairy Cove beach. The beach is a five minute walk.

It's a one-bedroom place, sleeps two. Got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean. The kitchen's open plan, off the living area. Everything you need is there, nothing flash.

The bedroom's upstairs. You can see a bit of the sea from the window between the houses opposite. There's a kingsize bed. The bathroom has a shower over the bath.

The garden gets the sun. It's south-facing and enclosed. There's a patio and then four steps up to a small lawn. It's sheltered, good for sitting out.

You can bring two dogs. There are dog-friendly beaches nearby. Paignton itself has the pier, shops, cafes and a theatre. Torquay's ten minutes by car, Brixham is about fifteen.

Included: parking, WiFi, washing machine, bedding and towels. They're in the electricity and utility costs too.
