Marina Beach House, Torquay
This is Marina Beach House in Torquay. It's an apartment on the harbour wall, looking out over Torquay marina. It's just above the communal gardens.
It's a two bedroom place, sleeps four. Both bedrooms are good sized doubles. Each has its own bathroom. The main bedroom has French doors out to a little terrace.
The living area has a terrace too, overlooking the garden and the sea. The front doors all have round windows, like portholes. It's a bit nautical.
It's got a 5 Star rating. That means it's well finished and everything's in good order.
You can walk straight from the garden down the cliff path to the harbourside. The marina, the beaches, and the town centre are all about a five minute walk away. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants down there.
From the marina, you can get ferries across to Brixham or Dartmouth for the day if you don't want to drive. Good for a change of scene.
