Marina Beach House, Torquay
Marina Beach House is a flat in Torquay. It's on the top floor of a building above the marina gardens. It has two double bedrooms.
It's a modern flat, so it's open plan. The kitchen area is in the living space. There's a dishwasher and a washer. You can get to a small private balcony from the living room.
The main bedroom has an en suite shower room and its own set of doors to a second balcony. The second bedroom uses the main bathroom, which also has a shower.
The main thing here is the view. You're high up, so you look right out over Torbay. It's a good spot for watching boats.
You're in the middle of Torquay really. The seafront is a few minutes walk downhill. You've got the marina, the Pavilion, and the beaches like Torre Abbey Sands right there.
From the building's garden, you can get straight onto the coast path. You can walk to Babbacombe or into town without using the main road.
The ferries from the marina go to Brixham and Dartmouth. You don't need to drive if you don't want to.
It's a five star place, so it's well looked after and everything works.
