Apartment 2
This is Apartment 2 in Astor House. It's on the main road into Torquay. The building is a big Victorian villa that's been split into flats.
It sleeps four but there's only one bedroom, which has a double bed. The living room has a sofa bed for the other two. One bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything's clean and modern inside.
You can see the sea from the front windows. It's about a seven minute walk down to the main beach and the harbour. There's a local shop a couple of minutes away. Pubs and restaurants are five minutes walk.
For days out, the Paignton Zoo is close. Kent's Cavern is in Torquay. You can get on the South West Coast Path from here. The steam railway runs from Paignton to Dartmouth, which is a good trip.
Dartmoor is about half an hour's drive. So is Totnes. Exeter and Plymouth are within an hour.
It's got a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. WiFi is included. Parking is on the street outside, it's usually fine to find a space.
