8 Torwood Gables is in Torquay. It's a mid-terraced house, converted from an old school building. There's on-site parking for one car.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. We've recently done it up, so it's clean and feels quite new inside. There's solid wood flooring downstairs, carpets upstairs. You can bring one dog.
The location is quiet, but you're only a few minutes' walk downhill to the harbour and the town centre. There are a lot of restaurants and bars on Torwood Street. Living Coasts, the coastal zoo, is literally two minutes away.
Torre Abbey Sands and Meadfoot Beach are within walking distance. The South West Coast Path is right there if you want a walk. Torre Abbey is about five minutes away.
For other things to do, Babbacombe Model Village and Kents Cavern are a short drive. You can get to Paignton, Brixham, or the start of Dartmoor in under half an hour.
In the house you've got a woodburning stove, a dishwasher, a washing machine, WiFi, and a patio garden. We can provide a cot and a highchair.
